Plot

Marta Guillén
Marta Guillén (Valencia, Spain, 02/10/1996), director and actress currently based in Madrid. Her professional journey began in the world of acting, starring in fiction projects such as the short films Alicia en el desierto, Noche en Europa or El último comienzo, among others. Simultaneously, her curiosity and desire to tell stories led her to study a Master’s Degree in Film Direction at EFTI. She has directed several pieces of video art, documentary essays, fashion, and music videos. Her artistic work is born from intuition and is nourished by her obsessions about the world: the relationships with strangers, old age and childhood, self-portraiture, death, and the passage of time. She enjoys narrating stories through different forms of visual expression, blending various languages and disciplines. Blue Meteor (original title Azul meteoro) is her first short film as a director.
